Where it began...
I started writing as a shy teenager and I was hooked by how easily I could express myself. I wrote short prose and poetry. Poetry resonated with me most at the time. It was an exciting way to explore ideas and emotions in a safe space.
What Happened Next?
I studied creative writing as part of my BA, and my writing started to shift to larger prose pieces. The first few drafts of Fairy Sacrifice began as an idea for a novel which I started at university.
So many other ideas and other worlds have taken my fancy since and my writing has evolved.
This past year and with the help of friends, I started the challenge of editing my own work and some of my blogs will cover the most useful tools that I have learnt from doing that as well as some tips I've learnt along the way.
